起飞的新职业直播招聘师成新工种：直播行业人才需求在快速增长

 根据央视财经报道，“直播带岗”已经是很多人找工作的便捷途径。 在人社部发布的最新一批新职业中，就新增了直播招聘师这样一个新工种。数十万直播带岗的主播们如今有了新身份。直播行业对人才的需求也在快速增长，数据显示，2021年我国直播行业的人才缺口为800万人，预计到2025年这一数字将增加到1941.5万人。
